Academics & College Readiness
At the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, academic success starts with Project Learn—our comprehensive initiative designed to help every child stay on track for grade promotion, graduation, and college or career readiness.
At BGCCC, we believe creativity is essential to self-expression and growth. That’s why every member receives introductory exposure to dance, music, and visual art as part of their Club experience. From the first brushstroke to the final bow on stage, our Cultural Arts programs give young people the confidence to share their talents with the world.
Career Exploration & Workforce Readiness
Our Career Exploration, College, and Workforce Readiness initiative prepares youth to imagine, plan, and achieve their future. The program is intentionally scaffolded so that members progress through a sequence of experiences, from discovering personal interests and exploring career pathways to developing essential skills, gaining hands-on practice, and earning credentials that support both college success and long-term workforce readiness.
Character & Leadership Development
At BGCCC, character comes first. Our mission is to help youth grow into responsible, caring citizens and future leaders. Through structured programs, mentorship, and meaningful community partnerships, we guide members in developing the emotional and behavioral regulation needed to succeed in school, relationships, and life.
Sports and recreation at BGCCC give youth the chance to stay active, learn teamwork, and build confidence through play. Whether in the gym, on the field, or in the Games Room, members find fun, belonging, and healthy competition every day.
At BGCCC, we believe a healthy life is the foundation for a great future. Our Healthy Lifestyles programs equip youth with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to make good decisions, practice self-care, and grow into strong, confident adults. Through nutrition, fitness, prevention education, and wellness initiatives, every member learns how to thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
21st Century Community Learning Centers
The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program is a federally funded initiative offered through BGCCC. It provides free, high-quality academic support and enrichment for students who are performing below grade-level benchmarks and need extra help to catch up, thrive, and stay on track for promotion and graduation.
The Blue CanTEEN Food Truck is part of the Boys & Girls Club’s culinary workforce training initiative, giving teens a chance to operate a fully functioning food truck while learning culinary, customer-service, and business skills. It serves as both a classroom on wheels and a way to connect our young chefs with the greater Collier County community.
